Apnea Total

Freediver

Overview

Discover your underwater potential and take your first step into the world of freediving! The Apnea Total Freediver course is a two-day certification program that aims to get students diving comfortably to depths up to 20 meters.

Each day consists of a classroom and open water session. Classroom sessions are usually around 90 minutes and cover freediving and breathing techniques, with an emphasis on proper form and safety.

Open Water sessions are held after class and last up to 2 hours at one of our local dive sites – all of which are only 5-10 mins away by boat. Our instructors take a maximum of only 3 students each and are with you underwater at all times regardless of the depth – making sure you feel safe and comfortable in the water, and that you get personalized and immediate feedback.

There are no minimum depth requirements to pass the course. The only requirement to complete the certification is that students are able to perform a rescue from 6 meters.

Once you have completed the course you will receive a certification as well as online access to the Apnea Total Freediver course materials so you can review
